In my Indian passport, I have my first name (X) and last name (Y) together as my Given name (X+Y). In the GMAT registation page, I have stated the first name, middle name and last name as X,Y and Z respectively.
But in the Pearson Vue portal, it auto fills only with the First name and Last name. In the biometric column, it asks to state the first and last name for identification purpose during the test.
Would this be an issue as the first name in GMAT (X) doesn't match exactly with my given name on Passport (X+Y)?
Would you recommend to get it changed?

This was exactly the issue that I also faced! My Father's name was ending with xxxxKumar but in passport it was ending with xxxxBhai.
So I contacted the GMAC if there would be any problem with Kumar because except in passport all my academic documents contain Kumar, he told the name surname and father's name should be exactly same as mentioned in your passport otherwise I won't be allowed to sit in the exam! (Not a single mismatch is allowed)
I told them to change my middle name as per the passport! But I think I will have to go to Passport centre and get my middle name changed to xxxxKumar which is there in all my documents otherwise it might create some issue in the future in my Visa or in my applications.
And after making necessary changes in my Passport, I will have to contact GMAC again to update my middle name as per the new passport! This all thing is so much messed up!!!
