GMAT official score not showing

Question

I took GMAT in a testing center and afterwards online. Now when I request a report only the exam taken in the center with lower score can be seen. My online score is still visible on the website. 
However I need to send these reports to schools and I don’t know what to do since only one score is showing. I have not deleted any scores.

Did you take your Online test like yesterday? And so it is not reportable yet? On this page: https://www.mba.com/my-account You will see your online and test center scores. They are reported separately. PAST GMAT ONLINE EXAMS PAST GMAT TEST CENTER EXAMS

Thank you. I took the test over two months ago.
I see the online score result but it is not reported jointly in the PDF report that I need to attach to my application.
Should I just screenshot the GMAT online result from the webpage and attach it to the PDF? I have no idea what to do.

Hey, For the GMAT online exam - you dont get any pdf score report. You only have the score available on mba.com site which can reported to the schools.

I assume that attaching a screenshot in the application should be fine, if you have already reported that score to the school.

Anyways, you can check with the adcom on what to attach in your application.
