Hi,
It has been more than a month since I took my GMAT and in the time being I have received minimal support from customer care of official mba website. The link on the site for viewing official gmat score does not work or open any window.
Even after my repeated request, I have only received standard replies from the customer care team with no possible solution. This has led to a situation where I am not able to upload a pdf of my official score for completing my application. I have, however, sent my official scores online.
Please help !!

Hi. I guess you’re happy with the score since you’re trying to get the score report.
Did you take the test online or the test center?
I’m assuming this is an online test. Many people have had admin review of their results and had to wait quite a bit to get their scores. This is an annoying aspect of the online test. Usually, or at least for a brief period between October and December, if your score was going to be delayed, you would get an email about it. It appears those emails have stopped and now it just takes a long time without knowing when and how you will get your score. That has been the general user experience in January 😢
As long as you remember your score, you can apply with that. You can share your score with admissions later. So this would have minimal impact on your ability to submit your applications.
The longest people have reported the waiting was about two months and everyone has reported that they did not receive any kind of notification about the score becoming available. They just had to check manually every day 🥴
