Hi. It’s a practice test. Why are you freaking out? 😂
unfortunately there was at least one of the reports today indicating that there is an issue happening with GMAT prep tests. These things are not very frequent but they also do happens from time to time. It usually takes about 3 to 4 days to resolve them based on my experience.
My suggestion for you would be to abandon your test and not to try to re-attempt it because it looks like most likely you will continue with this terrible experience and will only burn up your questions.
I’m not sure if that is the answer you were looking for but I would try to pause or smth like that. Basically Caine back and continue it later.
If you have to, You can also reset it but then you get the annoying issue with repeat questions in which case if you’re not able to pause the first test. I’m sorry I can’t remember if there’s a pause function and I’m not at the computer at the moment to check but if you can’t pause, I would take your second test in a few days when it is “safe” and only then reset it.
