Hi,
Today I took an official GMAT mock and got 690. V36 and Q48. My exam is in 22 days, and my target score is 760.
I still think it is achievable because even after studying so much, I cannot grasp SC
.
My quant skills are fine and only one problem each of RC and CR was wrong( Silly mistakes ), so I think I also have a good grasp of both these subsections.
Most of my SC questions were completely wrong. Also, my timing for both sections is fine.
Till now, I self-studied from the MGMAT books and forum quizzes.
(P.S. I think my error log is bad, and I revise it rarely).
Now that all my cards are on the table,
Kindly guide me on what I should do to improve my score.

Consider getting the ESR of the 690. Working with a study buddy who has strong SC skills could also be helpful if you find that part significantly troublesome. Might be better to take/book the exam after scoring something similar to your target on a fresh Official Mock.

A tutor could certainly help you learn SC faster. Also, even in an hour or two, a tutor could help things click for you in SC even if you then went back and learned it on your own.
So, if it's important to you to achieve your goal soon or you want to make better progress in SC soon, working with a tutor may be the way to do.
