So it sounds like the new OG's will have few new questions (likely along the lines of past editions, limited to 15%)
We do know that there are some new DS questions coming and obviously the Data Insights books are new... also reminder that the Focus GMAT Prep is coming out next week as well!

At the risk of sounding naive - When I register for the test after June 5, do I need to buy this OG separately or is it bundled along with the test registration fees?

The test registration fees do not include the OG. Might be worth checking out the main MBA website. You can purchase a physical or e-version of the OG, for example.

To add to GmatTutorKnight's post, keep in mind that these books are for the Focus edition. If you register after June 5 but before August 29, you'll be registering for the GMAT, not the GMAT Focus edition.
