Hi,
I gave the GMAT 3 days back and scored 660 (Q49, V31, IR8) on my first attempt. My target score is 700+. I was disappointed to say the least as I had been scoring 640 (Q44, V34), 710 (Q47, V40), 660 (Q49, V30) and 710 (Q50, V36) in my mocks respectively. I purchased the ESR and found out my weak areas were RC (Majorly) and CR and that too i had 38% accuracy in the first quarter in verbal which I think hampered my score even though I had 100% correct answers in the next 2 quarters. RC was never an issue for me in any of the mocks, so not sure what happened in the real test.
I'm planning to retake the exam in the next 1 month. Please suggest how I can improve on my shortcomings in verbal and follow a study plan for the same. Any resources which I could practice from would also be helpful since I've done almost all questions from the official guides. I have also been using
Magoosh Prep but didn't really practice too many verbal questions from there since I found them a little different from the official questions.
Any suggestions would be really appreciated, thanks !
