I had given the GMAT a year ago after which I stopped studying. I resumed studying this month. I had used all 6 Official Mock Exams last year. Should I repurchase them? Will the questions be different?

No, the questions will be the same.
You could try repeating the first two. They have large question banks. So, if you have taken them only once, you may not see many repeated questions, particularly if you score significantly higher on your retakes than you did on your first takes of the tests.
The others have smaller question banks. So, retakes of those tend not to be very useful.

Questions will be same.. but no harm in reattempting unless you remember all questions.
