Can you provide a bit more detail about your situation? For example, what were the two specific Test Dates (and were they for a Test Center or the At-home option)? In addition, when you say that your 1st Test Date was "automatically cancelled", what does that mean (for example, was the Test Center 'closed' that day because of a technical issue"? etc.).
If you did not physically take that Test, then it will NOT count towards your 8-lifetime-attempts 'limit' - and depending on the specifics of why it was cancelled, you might be due a refund.
