Scheduling the GMAT exam in advance in two different dates

I booked for GMAT exam in advance in two different dates. Then, earlier exam date that I booked was automatically cancelled. What should I do now? am I eligible for the refund? The earlier date that I booked for exam will be considered as an attempt?

It won't count towards your 8 attempts. May want to read the refund policy of GMAC before reaching out to customer support.

Can you provide a bit more detail about your situation? For example, what were the two specific Test Dates (and were they for a Test Center or the At-home option)? In addition, when you say that your 1st Test Date was "automatically cancelled", what does that mean (for example, was the Test Center 'closed' that day because of a technical issue"? etc.).

If you did not physically take that Test, then it will NOT count towards your 8-lifetime-attempts 'limit' - and depending on the specifics of why it was cancelled, you might be due a refund.
