So I have been working on GMAT for nearly 2 months now, and am doing a practice paper every week for the past 4 weeks up till now. Don't worry they have been scattered. These have been my scores
I feel quite demoralised after the recent performance because the 660 finally gave me the confidence needed to push for 700 and now this 580 is stressing me out. For context, I felt that the maths on the official test 2 definitely felt much harder and topics tested were much harder compared with Test 1, where I feel i got blessed with the algorithm giving me nice topics. Furthermore, because I felt that the quant was harder, it made me more time pressured which was not the case in Official Test 1. Another thing I found strange was even though, I answered more correct verbal questions, the overall score was lower? Is it because I was at an easier level and not a harder level like Test 1?
I have been working through the official guide for my revision and am at a stage where I am doing wrong questions again. I also bought the QUANT and Verbal review book as well as the advanced questions book and have those outstanding questions to do.
My actual GMAT is in 21 days. How can I maintain my 660 performance and get the 700 / 700+ I want on the actual day.
My plan was to see which topics I am getting consistently in Quant and for verbal, I am trying to practise as much as I can because that for me is what I feel is working.
Maybe I was being too overconfident and needed a humbling
I would appreciate genuine next steps and not someone trying to sell me their GMAT course xP
