Hi all,
Post made here to hopefully ensure not viewed as a brag or troll or anything- haven't even achieved ir yet! But my goal is to shortly score 805 in sub half time total - does anyone know of a way to check if this is a world record/have it recognised? Not for vanity at all - am a gmat tutor and youtuber and did so on the prior test with 800 practice but now retraining for focus. Wont share any of tutor/yt stuff here as yt being built (though is monetised) and not tutoring atm while i prep plus due to health issues. Please take my question as heartfelt; the yt is for free teaching of my techniques anyway. Will advertise it where allowed when in a good state for you as I know gmat prep is CONFUSING and often involves working to move backwards. I hope to take that out.
Any help appreciated - ofc will delete if able to if not taken as intended (though I don't use this ac anyway).

👀 very Interesting idea. And I thought I was crazy about the GMAT 😂
When you say in half the time, does it mean each section gets only 22 1/2 minutes?
I don’t think there’s a way to verify the time taken for the test. I would also guess that you don’t have to be as aggressive because most people likely take the entire time to review their answers on the new addition of the test and if they are confident in every single answer, may as well take a little break and just relax so almost everyone Probably uses their entire time. More over, GMAT has only been around for one month. I think Friday was one month anniversary so your record would be definitely out there and the only way to compare or measure results would be seeing one of the official school reports which now includes time for question so if someone decides to challenge you, they would have to furnish an official report. And this is the same way you could prove your authenticity is by logging into mba.com and showing your test report.
And yes, quite amazing how some minds work.
PS. Have you considered applying your talents to stock trading or something more profitable than GMAT? 😇😂

V v helpful ty. Will investigate further sounds possible. Had hedge fund offer but love teaching, creating a different startup and finally, sadly, my brain is my greatest asset and biggest weakness. Genetically v bad shall we say, survival rates on one side. Careers bad for me. But no worries, have other plans and do actively trade myself btw 
The detailed officialised report is great to know- definitely makes it possible. V v happy to be a former record hooder anyway!🤣
