Hi,
Does anyone know what this means? I retook the GMAT at a centre on the 29th of December and could see my official report about 3 days later. I also got the "Score Report Available" and "Confirmation of Score Report Fulfillment" emails. But now when I go to mba.com, I don't see a status or "view official scores"; I only see "Enter ESR Code". Via the network tab of the website, I can see that my retake's status is now "apptEvent": { "value": "ScorePending"}. My first attempt in December looks fine and has the "Score Reportable" status.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN??? I'm freaking out a little here because I've reported the retake score to schools already. I went from 710 to 750 on the retake. Surely that's not such a crazy amount of improvement as to get my score pulled? And like I said, this was at a centre. Everything went fine there, no irregularities as far as I could tell.
By the way, if I go through the URL from the "Score Report Available" email, I can still see both scores.

This is most likely some kind of technical error. Reach out to Pearson customer support, and let them know about this.
