I took the 8 session course with Manhattan Review, and they were really good. In total, I went up a little over 100 points, so I was really happy. The instructors are really good, and they have a separate math and verbal isntructor, which I think is a really good idea. Their materials are well organized too, pretty tough so that it is a good for people who are trying to get a really high score.

I didn't take either course, but I have both the materials. I really like the Review ones better because it's better organized. MGMAT is split into all different books for the different parts of each section, which makes it difficult to study to a certain degree because some problems fall under multiple labels. Also, Review's stuff is harder so it helps you more if you're trying for a higher score.
