I will keep it crisp and short.
- 14 years of experience working with captive units / shared services
- It feels like my career has touched the ceiling (both salary and position)
- Current title is Manager Operations (customer success / client services)
- Age is 37
Is it worth perusing MBA? If yes, which is a better and more practical option: online, part time, full time, executive residential etc?
Will it be possible to switch job type? From Ops (client success) to sales/marketing etc.?
Is there any program that really helps you with the right direction in terms of placements, referring you to great organisations?
