Hi all
I wanted to ask if anyone has taken the Focus first and then switched to the EA? If so, was the difficulty level comparable in the sense that if you’re well studied for the Focus you’ll perform well on the EA and will your Focus score percentile likely directly reflect in your EA Percentile?
For context, I scored a 615 on the Focus, and given that the EA is shorter and (from what I’ve heard anecdotally) easier, I want to see if giving the EA a shot is a worthwhile choice.
For people they’ve done it, Is there supplementary material that I will need to study or will the material I used for the Focus (ttp, OG) be enough to score a 155+ on the EA?

For the most part, preparing for the GMAT prepares you for the EA.
The main exception is that the EA Verbal section still includes Sentence Correction, which the GMAT no longer includes. So, to achieve your target score, you may need to work on Sentence Correction.
You could prepare for SC by having TTP switch your subscription to the EA version of the TTP course, which includes a section on Sentence Correction.

It is generally the same test now... with the exception of grammar in the critical reasoning. Many used to like it but it’s an extra area that you have to study....
I guess you can buy some official practice test and see how far you can get. Worth a shot....
