Which is the best mock apart from official mocks?
How is expert global mocks? I want immediate review because I want to purchase and practice as soon as possible.

Experts Global is probably the runner-up. Their questions often mimic the official questions and thus the scores they provide are very close to one's true ability.
That being said, I would still recommend you to purchase the official mocks. Each of the 6 mocks can be taken twice without encountering repeated questions and 12 mock tests are more than sufficient for any GMAT aspirant.

Experts Global mocks are good for test practice and for creating the right temperament and strategy for the exam. However I would not suggest them (or any third party tests for that matter) to get an estimate of your actual score. Only the official practice tests can give you the closest estimate on what you might get on the actual exam.
