Dear member of this forum,
I recently took the Gmat exam and received a quant score in the 22nd percentile. This somewhat confuses me as I had only 4 questions wrong ( No. 3, 10, 12 and 19). This does not seem too bad to me, at least not bad enough for the 22nd percentile.
Did I just had very bad luck and failed the easy questions? Or might it be worth to ask for a review on my score?

The difficulty level of the questions involved could be at least part of the reason.
The Quantitative Reasoning score is based on three factors: 1) the number of questions answered, 2) whether the answers are correct or incorrect, and 3) the difficulty and other parameters of the questions answered. (MBA website)

It sounds frustrating to receive a lower quant score than expected, especially after only missing a few questions. The GMAT scoring can be tricky, as it often takes into account the difficulty of the questions you answered. If the questions you got wrong were from the easier section or if they affected your pacing, that could impact your overall score more than you'd think.
