Cover glass walls, glass doors, and windows prior to your exam.

Not sure what the "small open space arch on one side" you refer to looks like but consider also asking GMAC how you could address it. Would covering it up in the same way they've mentioned for windows, for example, be acceptable.

Thank you. I will address the problem simply by changing house, the main problem however is the refund.
They are still not answering me...

They responded simply by telling me that they are not going to refund me, that their decision holds and that they will not answer other emails...

I can't even grasp how angry i am with the system, this monopoly that they hold and how i was tricked, cause i honestly think it is not fair.

Hi Giancarlx0,

I'm sorry to hear that. Do you want to look at taking the test-centre exam, if possible?

The closest test center is almost 15hrs away from me, i think i will do it at home again but i'll go to a friend house where i can be alone and in a perfect room.

The main problem is that I studied for 3 months prior to that take, and I consistently got scores between 675 and 715, rn I started working, I just touched on it for about two hours a day in the evening, and I know I got worse at it, we'll see.

I generally recommend taking the GMAT at a test centre because it cuts out a lot of issues that test takers face or can face with the online version. That said, if the closest centre isn't very close, I get why you'd go for the online GMAT.

675-715 is amazing, and I'm sure you can get back to that range with some prep. All the best.

Consider mentioning to your friend to not let anyone enter the room by mistake. Perhaps put a note on the door.

Hi, I had an exam scheduled online two days ago. I joined the call with all the requirements checked. The proctor already had problems with making me join the session, but during the initial requirements, when she went to check my room with the 360 videos, she said that the room didn't fit the requirements and ended my session, telling me to ask for a refund.

My room apparently wasn't a 4 closed walls room but had a small open space arch on one side (as my all house), THIS REQUIREMENT WASN'T WRITTEN ANYWHERE ON THE OFFICIAL REQUIREMENTS NOR ON THE REQUIREMENTS CHECKLIST THEY SEND YOU THE MOMENT YOU SCHEDULE.

THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND ME by saying it was my error, I find it unprofessional (since it wasn't specified).

The fun thing is that the examinity support told me they escalated the problem and that gmac told them they were sending the voucher, than gmac told me they couldn't.

What can i do? What's your opinion? Who can i contact (other than the examinity/gmac support)? Do they have functioning a number to call?
Similar thing happened to me a week ago, I was in a study/conference room which I specifically booked for purpose of the exam as at home I have cats & it gets very disturbing. Apparently because there was a CCTV camera in my room they dint let me continue, despite that I accepted it but none of them are replying to emails, or when they do they are talking about something completely different. It feels like they are not even reading the email content, and my $360 dollars are gone just like that, it's excruciating as I just want to reschedule and I wont get any replies from them.
