I am glad that among all the options you picked the most innovative one 😂.
Let's think of all the ways you can lure them to your apartment in the first place.

Jokes aside, definitely do not want to hold them against their will or they may teach you something wrong but maybe you can bribe them. Though I have to say even with the tutors, you end up spending most of the time studying on your own because they don't need to reach chapters to you or watch you do homework. All you need to do is cover some material, do some practice, and then they do correction, so the face to face time is perhaps 1-2 hrs per week and you can honestly probably gain it on GMAT Club just posting to see if you are on track.

P.S.

(moving this as a separate topic for a few others to perhaps benefit from this innovative approach)

I gave GMAT FE two months ago. The OG is closest to what you will get on the real GMAT. Nothing beats OG. In fact, I remember seeing some questions which were very similar to the OG questions that I had practice before during my prep with only slight modifications in the question stem or answer choices. In terms of difficulty of each section, being an adaptive test, you want the test to get harder. The harder it gets the better your score will be. I’d recommend moving to any other source only once you’ve exhausted the official question bank, which should ideally suffice especially for someone who’s attempting the test for the first time.

Hi GGGMAT2,

The OG is a great book for practice; however, most students need additional, more robust resources to truly master all of GMAT quant, verbal, and DI. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
