Usually the last 4 weeks would entail a lot of polish and finishing work - this would mean taking practice tests and focusing on the timing, execution, and making sure you can perform.
This means actual little studying is taking place (some yes, but most chapters should be covered)
Also, you would be focusing on eliminating the careless mistakes. Most people end up leaving those to the end.
Again, usually you should be done with most concepts (maybe finish them in the 2 weeks) and the last 2 weeks are tests and polish - it is not a hard rule but there is only so much time you have.
