Hey,
I would not be able to comment on what you should go forward with but can give you a direction on what worked for me.
My quant and verbal strong. Initially, my section order was Quant DI break Verbal, just like yours. Till the time I reached verbal, despite it being easy for me, I used to score low in it. Many different situation arose like disturbance at the test centre, or the first two section did not go as expected, I got nervous, went blank etc.
This is something I realised while discussing with expert Karishma.
To keep the section last that I was comfortable solving at my worst state and still achieve the target score. After completing the first two section, fatigue and anxiety somehow always came in for me.
i was comfortable with quant.
I then did practice with different section order but kept Quant as the last section. Then only two cases remained verbal DI or DI verbal.
I finally went with Verbal break DI Quant. I was thrown off my rhythm during DI but finished off strong with Quant.
Hope this helps.
Cheers

My Quant is strongest & Verbal and DI are roughly at the same level overall.
In my first attempt, I tried different section orders in mocks and eventually went with
Quant → DI → Break → Verbal in the exam.
However, I messed up the first two Quant questions (took about 4 mins to solve 1 question and still answered incorrectly) and then completely lost my rhythm. When i reached verbal section, my brain was completely drained and i couldn’t process anything, ended up taking a lot of time even on easier questions and rushed through last 6 questions.
I’m now considering Verbal → Quant → Break → DI
Do you think this would be a better section order, or should I stick with Quant first since it’s my strongest section?
