I want to present this to the forum.I think it would help act as a guide to members who need to get 700+ on the GMATand how much time they need to spend towards it..It is based on acquiring or deducting points daily based on activities.
Fresh 100 questions -20 from each section e.g DS,RCetc or 100 in one section. These questions must be error logged and reviewed within the same day or the activityf is incomplete.(if you have incomplete tasks for the whole day, strict 24hrs-a minute after midnight counts as incomplete)It counts the same as no activity which is -1 /minus one point. You have to be strict ,sorry.
Full test preps-each fresh-each new complete test prep gives you +1/one point. It also has to be error logged and reviewed the sameday.or else -1/minus one point.
Break PointsThis concept is a bit interesting as you cannot score yourself these points as they cannot be easily determined.i would describe them a little. They are events which greatly improve your ability such asd joining & participating in the GMATCLUB,realizing how to stop frequent mistakes, discovering faster solution methods, moments of clarity, epiphanies, finfing extremely useful resources, etc.(but i dare to sound redundant, you cannot award yourself these points).
3hr Study This involves focused study for the GMAT for a least 3hrs.Activities include writing essays, reading books, attending lectures & cources geting other resources that help your test taking skills. This awards you.+1/one point.
Your starting score is your last GMAT so if you score 500:to get to 700 you need to get +200 points.I hope this helps.
P.S-I HAVE STARTED EATING MY OWN COOKING.
