If you don't mind spending a couple hundred extra dollars, it's probably better not to send until you know you test scores. Sure, if you retake later and send your second scores the first scores will appear on the report. But if you aced the test the second time around why care about the first score any more - the schools won't? While if you failed the second time around, you might wanna take the test a third time, or change your mind on the schools you consider applying to.
Some schools do not like seeing more than two sets of scores. So, if you are a multiple test taker, make sure no scores after your second attempt get sent.
