Odd coincidence, but I've had the same overall scores as you for both tests and retakes. My tests were also taken in a similar fashion over a period of 4 separate weekends.
650 (Q47,V34)-GMATPrep#1
710 (Q48,V39)-GMATPrep#1 RT
680 (Q44,V39)-GMATPrep#2
690 (Q46,V38)-MGMAT #2
720 (Q47,V42)-GMATPrep#2 RT
I took the MGMAT #2 at the end of a work day when I was tired just to see how I would do, so the 690 should be pretty accurate. Interestingly enough, I also had a lot of repeats for the Verbal section in GMATPrep #2 Retake. There was about 5 repeats in the Quant section, but I didn't remember any of the answers
My test is Tuesday, so we'll have to compare our actual scores as well.
I'm expecting 680-710 with a Q46-47 and V38-40. *crossing fingers*
My Advice: Devote one day to closing out Verbal and another day to closing out Quant (Timed OG Questions Only). Don't do anything GMAT-related on the day before the test - consider it your day of relaxation... you know you need one

My 2 cents......if doing the practice tests puts you in panic mode and leaves you stressed, I think you should really go through the tests identify your weak areas and practice those. Perhaps do a few drills in SC, CR and RC. Practice the difficult questions from the test, or just do the Quant section on the tests so you get the more difficult questions and practice your timing.However I guess you have three days left, maybe read through your wekareas and revise formulas and short drills today and tomorrow. Rest on the day before your exam and kick some GMAT butt on D day!!
