Hi,
I'm having a problem loading a pratice test on GMATPrep software i downloaded from mba.com website. When I click on one of the two practice tests, a pop up window comes out, saying something like "please wait..it's being loaded" but it's never loading! I waited more than 20 mins and still nothing happens and it seems like it just crashes everytime I try the practice test...Has anyone had the same problem? Please HELP!!!

i've also had problems with their software, i'll finish a test, review the answers, but the only option is for me to end the test, which forever keeps it marked as unfinished. anyway to finish the test? and why don't these tests show how to find the solution instead of just highlightin what the correct answer was

We have had a number of bug reports with the GMAT Prep but this is the first time I see this specific issue. You can try to change software compatibility settings or if that does not work, give GMATPrep tech support a call - you need those tests and you should be able to get in. If that does not work for some reason, consider switching PC's or get PowerPrep.
There is also a log file in your Program Files/GMATPrep folder - you can take a peek there but I don't know that it will be meaningful without Tech Support Guidance.
