Hi,
I just got home from my gmat test today I got a 610 (Q 42 and V 31), I study for about a month
I was doing a lot better on the practice cats, I plan to retake the gmat in one month and I am going to be taking 3 weeks from work. I know a need improvement on both verbal and quant, this is the material have
Quant
Manhattan Number Property ( read it already, probably should go through it again)
Official Quant Guide ( did it all)
OG 12 (Completed all the Quant none of the verbal)
Verbal
SC manhattan guide ( read it twice)
OG for Verbal ( did not open it)
As you can see I did not practice a lot of verbal in the books but I did take over ten complete cats:
4 mgcats ( 600, 640, 650, 650)
7 Gmat prep ( 630, 640, 660, 650, 680, 710, 710)
I need your advice, what should I do to improve, this are my ideas please give some feedback
Quant: objective 48+
1) Do all the hard questions for the OG12 And the OG 11 review again
2) Start tacking the gmat challenges
Verbal: objective 38+
1) Go through SC guide again more actively ( I am not a native speaker)
2) Do all the OG 12 and review guide problems SC, RC, CR.
3) Keep an error log
Casts:
I have absolutely no idea, should I retake the MGcats? Or the Gmat Preps? I Think I will remember a lot of the Gmat prep questions and this could alter my score.

did you take the two GMATPrep practice tests 7 times in one month? if so, i'd say you may have overexposed yourself to the questions on those tests and they may not be as helpful to you anymore.
have you done an assessment for the mgmat tests to see what areas you need to improve on in quant? i would do that and then buy access to their question banks for the areas you want to improve, including sentence correction, they have harder questions than what's in the OG guides, which seem to be on the easier side. for sentence correction, well obviously you need to do the problems, a lot of getting better in SC is practice and starting to recognize the rules and construction when reading the sentence, not just when looking through the selections for the correct answer.

Yes, getting to know which areas need the most help would be useful in building a strategy. You probably know what they are from your error log or just a pattern.
