No calculator. You will have to review multiplication, addition, subtraction, etc. You don't really need long division, or so I'm told. Practice estimating with division.

It's good to be comfortable with the long division method. Although it's not likely to be the quickest method, I still use it occasionally to bail me out of a question when I'm struggling to find a faster method. However, you should always simplify before calculating expressions.

Agreed. It should only be used as a last resort in my opinion, due to time constraints.
