Hi Guys ,
I need some advice on Test Preparation . I stand now completing 5 Manhattan math strategy guide.Completing MGMAT guides also means covering OG 12 math problems.
took 1 Kaplan CAT ( Math alone) .
21 correct , 16 Incorrect .
Actually 21/31 were Correct and the last 6 I had to guess something as I didnt have enough time . and when reviewing the mistakes half of the problems were simple silly mistakes ( conversion of unit , didnt read the question properly (3 questions) ).
What would you do now ? I have KAPLAN MATH BOOK , but yet to start. Should I move on to verbal or still sit here with some problems ? I dont want to involve in problem discussions , as i might be exposed to practice CAT questions. If I should stay with math , please suggest me some .
I have these CATs, but dont want to use it ( will use it if advised)
3 KAPLAN GMAT CATs
5 MGMAT CATS
2 GMAT PREP
5 GMAT 800
4 GMAT Paper Test

Would take the math portion of one of the CAT's and see where you stand - the only way to know. Right/wrong questions don't matter so much on the CAT's, so can't judge based on that.

thanks bb. I scored 36 on the Kaplan CAT in which I got 21 correct and 16 incorrect.
