Thanks for your reply. I have picked the single school which I would like to attend. I glean from you reply that if the school accepts unofficial or self-reported schools then I can possibly take the test within 1.5 weeks of applying. If they require an official report than I am guessing I will have to wait for the AWA portion to be graded first which can take a month?

You can take the gmat on the day of the deadline for schools taking self-reported scores if you wanted to. Lately, AWA results have been reported within a week.

Thank you again for your help. Unfortunately, I just checked and my school requires an official score report. Maybe two weeks is sufficient, one week for AWA score reporting and one week for the official report to make it's way through the mail.

Hi!

I have the same kind of question. Is it safe to take the exam on 09.03.2010 if my university wants to get my gmat official score by 31.03.2010?

University also states that they accept unofficial report if it is sent from test organization, but I only found that I can fax them this report myself, and not the test organization. Do you have any idea what they mean? I wrote them an e-mail, but they still did not answer and I need to book my test as soon as possible, as there are very few paces.

Looking forward for your answer,
Julia
