Spelling may be considered in the AWA (Analytical Writing Assessement) essays, but you only need to be careful not to make it terrible throughout. A typo here or there won't matter much. Spelling could fall under the "grammar, usage, and mechanics" umbrella, mentioned in the essay scoring rubrics on pp.762-63 of the OG. The explanation of the sample essay on p.765 mentions the use of "profession" where "professional" was intended, for example.

I don't think universities get an "error report." They get the essay score as part of your score report, and have the option (though seldom exercised, from what I've heard) of viewing your actual essay text.

Well, it's good to hear that..still I need to work on that

Another question if you don't mind asking here...
I saw the average for many Business schools is above or around 700, to get an scholarship and financial aid..is it necessary to get higher than average?

That really depends on the school. Try searching the threads for the schools you're interested in on the MBA Admissions Forums. My advice: don't worry about getting a 'high enough score for a scholarship.' You don't want nerves coming into play because you might have missed a question and therefore think your chance at a scholarship is done. Just concentrate on each and every question.
