Need some serious tips on how to keep up the pace on GMAT. I have started my prep for over a month now (mostly on weekends) and am doing quite okay on paper tests with accuracy >85%, but with terrible pace
Last sunday I took my first GMATPrep test (with slight hangover from previous night) and scored 510 (Q41 V21). I attempted around 24 quant questions and 19 verbal questions and randomly selected the rest of the questions as I ran out of time. Other thing I noticed was that I became totally unproductive in the last 5mins on both the sections.
I have tracked my timings on paper tests and I seem to take around 2.5 min for SCs, 3-3.5 min for CRs, 3-4min on RCs. Quant - taking 5+ min on some hard ones. My accuracy seem to be directly proportional to the amount of time I spend on the question.
So far, I have gone thru Manhattan SC, Kaplan GMAT, Cracking the GMAT, OG 12, OG verbal.
I am aiming at a score of 700+. Please advise.

If you're looking for more advice after reading the other thread that bb pointed to, you might also want to read this article about pacing on the GMAT: https://www.manhattangmat.com/strategy-s ... g-pace.cfm
As for the lack of productivity in the last 5 minutes, that might have something to do with your hangover, but it's definitely one of the reasons to practice with full-length tests (complete with the AWA section,) so you get used to taking a four hour long exam.
