i would retake it. you math will probably be 49-50 again and there's a lot of room for improvement with verbal. SC is viewed as the easiest part of verbal to improve on since it follows a set number of rules while RC and CR is more "learn these strategies and apply". I am not trying to be a salesman here but i think you might want to try Knewton with your current situation - they have the 50 point guarantee so if you get to low 700s you get your money back AND possibly meet your desired score - and if you get 740+ (no refund) then it is even better! I attribute my verbal increase from 29 to 39 to knewton because that was the major change i made after my disappointing score. Also make sure you have the generic prescription of MGMAT SC,RC and powerscore CR books since you can pretty much skip math till the end.
