And if you need to use a bathroom during the test, you can't do it without finishing the section first?

You are pretty much on your own there - you hold :x

You have 2 essays (1 hour more or less) then a 8-min break; then a 75 min quant section; 8-min break, and a 75 min verbal section.
So, you are never really without a break opportunity for longer than 75 mins.

One thing you could do is if you get to the last question on quant and have 10min left, you can select your answer and wait out the 10min. It's not technically a break, but if your brain feels really tired at least you get 10 extra minutes without solving problems. I've never had the luxury of having 10min left for quant, but some friends have and they did this!
