GMAT self-learning without internet access

Question

Dear members,

I do need your suggestion urgently. I'm thinking to take GMAT in the midst of September. I've not started learning GMAT until now. I can start self-learning at July for 12 hours a day so I can get almost 600 hours for GMAT SELF-learning until the exam day. I have bought the following books
 GMAT official guide 2009
GMAT princeton 2009
GMAT kplan verbal workbook
GMAT kplan Math foundation
Manhattan GMAT sentence correction
Manhattan GMAT critical reasoning

And I downloaded sample 2 GMAT tests from mba when registered for GMAT.

I would like to know that 
1) these books and my hardship self-learning are enough for getting score 700+??? (I'm not that bad at math and verbal in general)
2) And in my home town, internet connection is so bad that I won't be able to practice any test from online, is it ok to study without having practiced at online??? 
3) How could I download the tests from Manhattan online???

I do appreciate your kind answer for my questions.

I would suggest you buy the 5 manhttan quant books. They are better than kaplan's workbook. You cannot download the tests, you have to do them online. 
I would strongly suggest that you go somewher where the internet connection is good and do them.
I do not believe that going into the test just by doing the gmatpreps is enough. You cannot build stamina from 2 tests. And doing gmatprepr multiple times won't help you much either as you will see some repeat questions, therefore you won't be able to simulate the real test experience.

Well, you'll have to wait and see if I get 700 myself

I have GMAT on Saturday. Give a Gmatprep to begin with so you can see where you stand. This time don't worry that you will "waste" a test. On my first GMAT prep I did so badly that when I took the test again I saw no repeats, because I was receiving much more difficult questions than the first time round.

I don't think that an internet access is really that necessary. True, you can stumble upon difficult questions that you won't understand and the internet would be great to have in that case. But that IMO is the only drawback.

OG 12 would be very useful IMO. But otherwise it's really hard to say because first you have to identify your weak areas. Probably you can look for question sets (use search). But the books you have should keep you occupied long enough.

Try to get internet connection if possible, as this will help you a lot while searching for good explanation about your doubts.

Also the MGMAT tests can be accessed online only.
