not too late at all...

but i would say focus on your gmat from now until your test date (aug 31). that'll give you enough time all of sept-nov for rd2 deadlines. i would focus more on rd2 in your case (since rd1) is cutting it very close...

it's doable, but you will have only september to grind through essays and stuff for many Oct rd1 deadline.

Thank you. My friends told me that they give more weightage to Round 1 than Round 2 but the admit history in gmat club points otherwise. So that was the main concern I had.
