hi all,
I have been member here for only a month now but I have been following this forum for almost 6 months now. So, I highly value every person's opinion here.
Little information about myself.
I first studied for the GMAT last summer. I used Kaplan 800, Mgmat books and OG12. My practice test scores were; GMAT PREP 1 670, MGMAT 1 640, MGMAT 2 670, MGMAT 3 640, MGMAT 4 700, MGMAT 5 700, Princeton Review 1 620. Later, I had some personal problems, ended up not taking it.
Then, I started studying (OG12, OG Verbal, OG Quantitative, MGMAT SC) it back in April 2010 again (quit my job as well. I was serious this time). I listened to some advices here, ran a lot before the test day, ended up getting very sick the next day and scored 560 with one open eye
Then, I continued studying to it and scored 640 (45q, 32v) in June 2010. Now, I have been studying since June. I retook all MGMAT tests (without essays); averaged 700, I took 800score's tests; averaged 700. In the past two weeks, I have been taking paper tests with essays (first 4); averaged 690. However, for the past week, I cannot motivate myself to study anymore (I cannot sleep and feel tired all the time) and I have been doing terrible with my practice tests (scored 560 and 590 
).
NOW I dont know what to do anymore. Please please please advice.

It definitely sounds like you're very motivated and have put forth a tremendous amount of effort to do well - for that I commend you.
However, I think you may be overstudying a bit, and putting too much pressure on yourself. I'm going through something similar - I had decided to retake the GMAT a few months ago, took a week off to study 10+ hours a day, and later saw my practice scores fall; my brain was just sick and tired of the GMAT and no longer wanted to look at a single SC or DS problem.
Are you applying to schools R1 this year? If not, take some time to do something you enjoy, hang out with friends and family, etc. If you are applying R1, perhaps you can take this time to write your essays, and put off studying for a few weeks. I think the rest will be greatly appreciated by your brain, and you'll come back stronger than before.
For many of us (myself included), this application process is extremely stressful and the amount of self-pressure we exert is almost ridiculous. I think it is good to remember though, that the GMAT, or even getting into X bschool, is only a part of our life. Relax (or at least try to, haha), and just give it your best - everything will work out just fine.
