Hello,
I am an African American and Hispanic female looking to apply to the weekend MBA program at Ross School of Business for 2018.
I received a GMAT score of 650 41Q38V IR 7.
Undergraduate GPA 3.0
Graduate GPA 3.87 (social work master's degree).
Age (at time of application): 28
Months of Experience (at time of application): 48
Current position: Management Level, no direct reports
Do I need to retake the GMAT? Currently my scores are cancelled but I'm wondering if I should reinstate and apply.

I would recommend that you reinstate the score and go for it. I've helped people get into Chicago Booth weekend evening program with lower GMAT than that. And they were more overrepresented than you are by a large margin. ie white people. If you really wanted to hedge your bets, I would recommend that you do MBAmath.com which is an online 20-hour MBA math preparation program. You can send your transcripts directly to the schools and the curriculum has weight with the admissions officials at the schools. It is considered evidence of your ability to handle the curriculum. I do think you should do the application well. Are you sure that you want to go part-time? If you were to retake the exam, and if you felt that you could get an even better score, I might honestly encourage you to go for it and apply for scholarships. Part-time program is most suited to those who have kind of maxed out on the GMAT and it's still not in the competitive range, very worried about loan issues and those who are on a pretty hot career track. There a lot of benefits to going full-time and terms of developing a deep Network and having the ability to be involved in clubs and associations that help develop leadership and people mentorship. Something to consider.
