Obtained admit from three colleges for their Part-Time program.
I am leaning towards Carey (Johns Hopkins) program - primarily because of the better brand name. Their course is relatively new, so that fact goes against them.
Here is a matrix I came up with:
School : (Brand) / (Rankings) / (Quality of Program)
Carey School of Business (Johns Hopkins) : 1 / 3 / 3
Smeal College of Business (Penn State) : 2 / 2 / 2
WP Carey School of Business (Arizona State) : 3 / 1 / 1
Landing a job after the degree completes is luckily not a concern. My preference is to get a better name out of these three on my resume.
My theory is that JHU's program will ultimately gain a lot of reputation down the line in 5-10 year period. I need suggestions and opinions on deciding which program to pick.

I am in the similar boat as you. I am trying to decide between JHU Carey Flexible vs. UT Rotman evening.
Just like you, I don't have to worry about getting a job after graduation.
Although Rotman seems to be recognized better in Canada, I feel like JHU is better recognized worldwide. But I am also unsure of which one to choose, would love to hear more feedbacks that you get from others.

Just as an update. I opted for Penn State.
Betting on JHU's carey was little too risky and costly, since they didn't offer much scholarship.
