You will most likely need to submit another LOR. A supervisor from a non-profit or other EC you're involved with would qualify.

if you said you have one supervisor before the current one cant you use just them? thats the typical recs people use. Is there a reason you cant use the current one?

I am using the previous for the second letter of recommendation. You did not answer my question on if I need to supply another letter in place of the one from the current manager.

well you need 2 letters total. i thought your current supervisor can give you one? if not you gotta find a non-professor supervisor/director for volunteer or someone like that...

thanks all - it's quite stressing....I do not like to rely on others to deliver most of the time.

1. You do not like to rely on others

Most schools asked for a letter from current supervisor, if not, provide an explanation note. Does that mean I have to provide another letter to substitute this missing letter?
2. You have problems "decoding" simple instructions

Yeah..You might want to reconsider an MBA degree... Just saying.

Have a great Sunday!
