while applying to colleges along with degree college transcripts is it necessary to submit junior college transcripts too? This i am asking since for most of Indians like me, junior college is usually not the same institution as the degree college...

It probably depends on the courses you took at the junior college. I know Ross, Sloan, Haas, and McCombs don't need to see my juco transcripts for the initial application.
