I got an interview invite earlier this round (2) to School A and elected to do a day visit and interview on campus.
During the info session an adcom answered our questions and gave their email address in case we had any afterward that we might not want to ask in the group. I sent an email asking if I needed to do anything for an error I found in my app in the data form (listed a former job by wrong title), and I didn’t get any response after 4 or so days.
Did I do something wrong by sending the email? Should I send a note to the main admissions email with the correction, or just leave it be?
I am nervous because School A is my first choice and I don’t want to have screwed it up by doing something stupid.

I think you need to not worry about it unless it creates an inconsistency in your application. If one of your essays says, "two years ago when I was a sales manager at XYZ" and your application lists your job as "marketing manager," then you might have an issue because it could create confusion. If the mistake is a minor wording mistake that doesn't substantially change the meaning, then let it go.
Ultimately, AdComs want to know who you are, what you've done, where you want to go, and how you present yourself. If you honestly represent yourself as best you can, no one is going to hold a minor mistake like incorrectly listing an old job title after you're admitted.
Since you've already emailed admissions, I'd just wait and see. If they respond and ask for the correct title, reply honestly. Otherwise, just let it go.

No biggie, IMO. I've corresponded with specific adcom people and sometimes it takes a little while for them to get back to you (they're pretty busy this time of year). You certainly shouldn't interpret the delay to mean that the adcom person is annoyed or something. He/she gave te email address so you could ask questions, and that's what you did.
