That experience will probably help you, but frankly it's about how you tie all of these experiences into a cohesive story about why you want/need an MBA. Changing careers is a very popular choice for MBA candidates so that won't be a big hurdle, but it depends on your undergraduate performance, GMAT, leadership, and a whole mess of stuff.

I would imagine that all of the top business schools have at least a few students in each class with 2-3 years of work experience. Many schools have a 2 year minimum and an average of 5 years.

If you can make a strong case for admission based on your 2 years of experience, apply to a few schools that are within your reach for GMAT and GPA. If it doesn't work out, you can always re-apply in future years.

I would say there is probably NO business school that is not open to applicants with two years of experience. meaning you shoudl be fine if you are a legitimately qualified candidate. The averga emay be more, but that doe snot mean that people do not get in with less experience.
