Some schools are need blind while others are not. For the schools that are not, do they give a slight advantage to an applicant if he or she (more likely their parents) will be paying the tuition in full and not requesting financial aid?

Financial decisions are usually kept separate since they can always point to student loans if they don't give you a scholarship.

This is not undergrad, schools don't care who needs to take on debt to attend and who doesn't. Out of top schools you will be earning six figure salaries, paying student loans should not be that difficult with that level of income.
