Do you guys advise that I put my 2 years in junior college/gpa on my resume? I usually don't include it on the resume I sent to employers, but am thinking since I'm sending in my transcript to schools, that I should declare it on my resume.

It would be best to use that space to highlight professional accomplishments. All they need to know is that you got a bachelor's, and maybe a brief description of the studies. They'll go into greater depth when they see your transcripts and application.
