Hi ,
I have a question regarding my profile and if it meets the criteria for most schools.
I have very strong points / examples to show my extensive client interaction & team work as well as professional initiative/enthusism aspects.
I can show my business acumen and willingness to take initiative / ownership of stuff, but no actual leadership roles / positions held.
Will the missing examples of leadership make me less attractive as a candidate ?
I know stanford needs to be shown that you have led in recent times. But Kellogg gives emphasis on team work.
Please suggest if I can target top 10 schools like HBS / wharton ?

Good to know that have strong stories / examples to show your extensive client interaction & team work , business acumen and willingness to take initiative. You will discuss them in your essays.
Now your concern is that you have not held actual leadership positions . My argument is that you may still have leadership stories without having managerial responsibilities. Please refer to the link below for my article "How to demonstrate leadership without having managerial responsibilities?"

Also, it is difficult to say if you can target top 10 schools without having knowledge of other aspects of your profile: GMAT score, GPA, extra curricular activities, work experience ( how many years) , international experience etc.

I never realized I could leverage all my career progress in unique ways to demostrate leadership. I feel better now about my target schools.
