I am looking to apply to top 10 schools later this fall, and am just wondering whether my lack of quant in college might hold me back? I took ZERO math classes in college (we had an open curriculum), but have always been quantitatively strong and scored well on the GMAT (760 overall: 90%ile Q, 97%ile V). I know that top schools require a high Q score on the GMAT, but I'd like to know
what exactly is considered to be a "high" Q score?I've also been looking into taking additional quant courses (either online or at local continuing education universities) to help bolster my application. Would this be necessary or helpful in my case? Would it be better to take credit classes (as opposed to non-credit), or does it not matter?
Many thanks in advance!
