Seems doubtful. You won't be considered a re applicant unless you reapply within 2 years I think. Even if they do (for some reason) dust off your old essays for comparison it seems very unlikely that they will give them much weight. Your plans and goals are likely to change a little anyway after a few years of work experience.
The only thing I'd say is to try to be real in your essays now. Don't just write something because you think it's what they want to hear.

It is best to assume that if you re-apply that they will pull out your old application and see what has changed. If you do not get in and decide to present a different career objective, then do not worry. People change careers objectives all the time -- and this is especially true in the earlier phases of your career where you exposed to so many different industries and functions for the first time.
The one thing that I would warn about would be submitting a mediocre application for the 2+2 program -- nothing can be more damaging now than submitting something that does not best reflect your abilities or potential (again, just in case they do decide to reference it upon your re-application).
