There are many candidates from the UK applying. If you told me you were from a country where there were few applicants, then the answer might be different. But there are many candidates from the UK applying to top programs. Also, with the globalization of the admissions process increasing, geography and citizenship are less important factor in defining a candidates "diversity".

Interesting question.

I'd say it depends on the school.

I was the Director of Admissions for 15 years at a top-30 MBA program. When we saw a candidate with dual citizenship, we liked it because it gave us diversity of culture in the classroom, enables that candidate to qualify for US-based financial aid, and makes for a more interesting class profile. You can position it in your application essays as an attractive feature of your profile (if you have adult experience in more than one country).

As with any aspect of your MBA application profile, it's all in how you position it within your application.
