Stats from GMAT Club school profiles:
Wharton: 3.6
Columbia: 3.5
Tuck: 3.5
Yale: 3.55
Johnson: 3.3
Stern: 3.51
McDonough: 3.32
Fordham: 3.39

With a 3.5 in your last three years and a 3.76 in your first year, your GPA is at least average at most of these schools... and even if it is a shade under the statistical average at Wharton, it doesn't mean you're not "average" there either in terms of GPA.

I just noticed that you're going to Kelley, that's also one of the schools I'm applying to. Good job!

I wouldn't be worried about your GPA at all.

However, I would be concerned about your relative lack of work experience. Are you hoping to be admitted with no work experience?

I have 5+ years of work experience. I took a break from school when I was 19 and was employed at Wal-Mart as an assistant store manager. I helped run $80+ million dollar supercenters for two years before I stepped down to go to Gonzaga University.

I do plan on applying as soon as I graduate. i plan on taking one year off to work, so I wouldn't start until 2015 fall.
