Hey vernge01 - welcome to GMAT Club!
Over the years, we've had a couple clients who had gone through the Tuck Business Bridge program, and then later applied to bschools (Tuck included). It doesn't actually make a huge difference in your prospects for an MBA program later. What it can do is help a future Tuck MBA application, since it proves that you know the school and gives credence to your claim to want to go there (lots of people apply to schools without knowing that much about them, and Tuck hates it when people do that to them).
So taken in a vacuum, Tuck Business Bridge doesn't do a whole lot for your chances at bschool in general - but what it CAN do is help you build relationships. The professors who you'll meet are awesome, and often they're well connected in private equity etc. You can leverage those in your business career in lots of ways.
And, Business Bridge is a team-based program. If you plan on applying for an MBA straight out of college then the Business Bridge program can potentially give you good stories to use in an application essay.
We think you should go for it, if you can - there's similar programs at other schools too.
(If you're asking about it because you already went through it and are now applying to bschool: it's a nice add to your profile but it's not necessarily a big difference-maker overall.)
